Health and wellbeing assistance supports you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Developing your health and wellbeing also helps you feel a sense of achievement which is positive for your mental health. As well as running year-round group fitness events, TRISS can help with animal therapy services, nature healing events and psychosocial referral services.

Through an NDIS Service Agreement, we can help you stay fit and healthy, inside and out. Some of the ways we can help include:

Seven-week fun fitness education program
